Currently in use at the DMMC Pro-Health Center, the new EEG machine has been providing valuable diagnostic assistance to epileptic patients and others who need it. DMMC’s new EEG machine is a high-performance equipment with patient-friendly features.
Cadwell Sierra Wave EMP/ NCV/ EP
DMMC’s state-of-the-art EMG helps facilitate faster and accurate diagnosis of muscular nerve injury. The equipment, currently available at the Hospital’s Rehabilitation Medicine Department, can provide enormous assistance to doctors in treating their patients.
GE OEC C- Arm
DMMC’ s new C-Arm has cardiac ( GE-9600) capabilities for angiogram and vascular studies. It allows greater flexibility in positioning and viewing of body areas than with still radiographs.  With the C-Arm , there is faster diagnosis or prognosis of problems that need immediate action. The C-Arm is valuable during surgical operations to guide the surgeon e.g. proper placement of implants, screws and plates in repair of bone fracture. It is available at our Surgery Department.
GE 8 - Slice CT Scan
 The new DMMC 8-Slice CT Scan is much faster than earlier models and can view multiple images in an instant. It is an eight (8) slicer, capable of 3D imaging, CT-angiography, virtual colonoscopy, and neurovascular imaging. The new equipment can be availed of at the DMMC’s new CT Scan Room.
Zoll Artificial Pacemaker
DMMC’s new pacemaker is externally programmable and allows the cardiologist to select the optimum pacing modes for individual patients. The new Pacemaker is servicing the needs of patients at the ICU Department.
Stryker Videoscope Scope System with Recording Capabilities
DMMC’s Videoscope system is well-equipped with various capabilities and tools. Used in orthopedic surgery and abdominal procedures ( cholerestectomy, urology, and OB cases) it provides better viewing and handling of various cases. A camera is inserted inside the body area (e.g. joints, knees, intestines, stomach, etc...) and allows the doctor to have a clearer view of the area being operated on or being diagnosed. Thus it allows the surgeons to make precise incisions that are minimally invasive with just portals for instruments/ scopes. The equipment also includes tools used in surgery like shavers, drills, saws, others.
Amsco Fracture Table
 DMMC’s Fracture Tables can be used for minimally invasive orthopedic procedures and for closed hip pinning and IM nailing. For orthopedic and trauma surgery, our fracture tables offer an incredible array of useful features such as power or manual operation, advanced patient positioning and traction capabilities.
Hill-Rom Birthing Bed
DMMC’s Birthing Bed is designed for the combination of safety and ease-of-use. With its revolutionary maternity bed feature, the patient is no longer required to lift and remove the foot section. It easily slides into a stored position during delivery and glides back into place afterwards. Battery backup — with this exclusive feature, bed controls continue to function even when the birthing bed is unplugged, facilitating positioning and control during emergency transport. DMMC’s birthing bed is a labor bed convertible to delivery table with least patient discomfort.
